Colt Brown provides business consulting and software support services. This website lets you contact us, book time with us and, if you are a member of our team, sign up for text message alerts.
SMS text message program: Colt Brown Team Alerts
Who sends the messages. CBllc, doing business as Colt Brown, sends the messages from (970) 444-9478.
What you will receive. Colt Brown Team Alerts are internal business notifications sent to the owner and team members of Colt Brown who opt in. They include new lead and inquiry notices, task and appointment reminders, and project and system status updates. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
How you join. You join by entering your mobile number on our sign-up page at https://ai.coltbrown.com/text-alerts and checking the consent box. The box is not checked for you and you can submit the page without checking it. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, of doing business with us, or of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies with business activity.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
How to stop. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (970) 444-9478. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
How to get help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or (505) 795-3411.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
